      Came here to say the exact same thing. This made me cringe….do better, vitalsmarts.

    Not a valid choice. The real choice is: MUST I do this work today, or can it wait until tomorrow. Otherwise, you have an exhausted woman being pulled in multiple directions and missing dinner.
