REACH Labs is an all-day pre-conference workshop designed to help trainers perfect their facilitation skills and improve their personal influence. This year we are pleased to offer three classes: The Power of Habit™ course, Getting Things Done® course, and Managing Bias. Certified trainers who attend the Getting Things Done or The Power of Habit courses at REACH can also certify in the course via the Fast Track Certification.

The following cancellation dates and fees apply:
If you cancel between November 1, 2021, and December 31, 2021, the cancellation fee is $250 USD.
If you cancel between January 1, 2022, and January 17, 2022, the cancellation fee is $400 USD.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after January 17, 2022.

All Crucial Learning staff, vendors, and third-party persons are committed to your health and safety. Crucial Learning has reserved rooms with discounted rates at The Grand America Hotel. Premier rooms are $274 USD per night. Reservations are accepted on a first come, first-served basis, and discounted rooms are only available while the limited block lasts, so be sure to reserve your room early.

However, we are actively following the guidelines from the CDC as well as the city of Salt Lake City, state of Utah, and policies from the Grand America in all of our conference planning.
Currently the State of Utah has no travel restrictions and does not require masks or social distancing to gather at The Grand America. We are recommending you wear a mask, but it is not required for attendees. This policy is subject to change with short notice. If you are not fully vaccinated, we strongly encourage you to wear a mask.
We are diligently monitoring the guidelines. Should guidelines change, we will post the most up-to-date information on our REACH 2022 website. We kindly ask and expect that all attendees also consider the health and well-being of fellow attendees and adhere to this policy, practice good judgement, and follow CDC guidelines and comply with all other rules, regulations and guidelines when traveling to and from REACH 2022.
All attendees and vendors will be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination OR a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test in order to attend REACH in Salt Lake City, UT.
Proof of vaccination can be a physical card or a photo of your vaccination card with your name and date(s) of your vaccination from a reputable clinic or professional medical office. In most instances, both vaccination shots are required to be considered fully vaccinated. Simply bring your card or photo of your card to registration when you check in.
If you choose to show proof of negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test, a physical copy or photo is also required with your name and date of test from a reputable clinic or professional medical office. We will not accept tests taken prior to Sunday, January 23, 2022. Simply bring your negative test or photo of your negative test to registration when you check in. - Salt Lake City International Airport: Many airports, including the Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC), have rapid and PCR COVID-19 testing in their terminals at the Xpress Spa locations.
- Mobile COVID Clinic: The COVID-19 mobile testing site located at 754 S. State St, Salt Lake City, UT 84111 is a 3-minute drive and 8-minute walk from The Grand America. It is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Walgreens Drive Through Testing: The Walgreens located at 531 E. 400 South, Salt Lake City, UT 84102 is a 6-minute drive and 20-minute walk from The Grand America. It is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
