SDI virtual certification prepares you to lead the Strength Deployment Inventory® Workshop, use the Crucial Learning Platform, and bring SDI insights into your organization. You’ll learn how to facilitate the workshop and you’ll gain access to several resources, including a facilitator guide and Certification Zone, a library of tools and materials for certified facilitators.
After certification, you’ll continue receiving support through a twelve-week email series designed to help you prepare for and deliver your own SDI workshops.
