SDI CERTIFICATION
Help people work more effectively together by becoming a certified Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) facilitator. The SDI helps people understand the motives behind behavior, interpret others’ intentions more accurately, and strengthen working relationships. As a certified SDI facilitator, you’ll help team members:

Attend a public virtual or in-person course. On-demand courses do not qualify for certification. The SDI assessment is available online, on demand.
