CERTIFICATION PROCESS

The SDI certification process consists of three 2.5-hour virtual learning sessions spread over three days. You’ll dive deep into the four views of SDI, practice leading discussions, and learn how to handle challenging questions. You’ll also receive comprehensive materials, including a facilitator guide, job aids, and access to the SDI Platform and Certification Zone. After certification, you’ll receive ongoing support via a six-week email series, and have access to additional resources, ensuring you’re ready to facilitate the SDI in your organization and drive meaningful change.
