Three Certification Pathways

  1. Complete a Crucial Teams public course and Crucial Teams certification course. When you complete the Crucial Teams certification course, you’ll also be authorised to facilitate the SDI.
  2. Complete a Crucial Teams public course and the Crucial Teams Fast Track assessment. You are only eligible for this option if you’re currently a Crucial Learning certified trainer AND a certified facilitator of the SDI.
  3. Complete a Crucial Teams public course, complete the SDI certification course, and complete the Crucial Teams Fast Track assessment. You should pursue this pathway if you’re not a certified SDI facilitator and you don’t want to pursue option 1 above.

  • Trainer guide

Once you are certified, your organisation must purchase a learner licence for each person you teach. This learner licence includes the learner guide and other materials learners need to complete the course.
