For Certified Trainers
In-Person Course + Fast Track Certification
If you’re already a Crucial Learning certified trainer, you may take a content assessment within 30 days of completing this course and get certified to facilitate it.

Once you are certified, your organization must purchase a learner license for each person you teach. This learner license includes the book, learner guide, and other materials learners need to complete the course.
Note: Independent consultants are not eligible for Fast Track certification.
Course Facilitator
For close to twenty years, Greg has worked with individuals and teams around the world to develop their skills in communication, goal setting, and leadership. His background in experiential education and brain-based learning, coupled with his open and friendly facilitation style, create a safe learning environment where people can challenge preconceived notions, take risks, give and receive feedback, and ultimately learn skills needed for them to perform at the highest level possible and live lives of substance and contribution.

When will I receive my course materials?
On the first day of class.
Are any meals provided?
A breakfast is served beginning at 8:30 am. Lunch will be served at 12:00 pm. An afternoon snack will be provided. Any dietary restrictions can be indicated during the registration process.
What is the dress code?
Business casual. Consider bringing a light sweater or jacket as meeting rooms can be cool.
What if I need to cancel?
If you are not able to attend a class, you must notify the Crucial Learning course manager. If you provide:
More than 2-weeks’ notice:
- Transfers/cancellations/substitutions: No fee. Please be considerate when requesting transfers and allow one week for a refund.
Fewer than 2-weeks’ notice:
- Transfers/cancellations: A $200 administrative fee will be applied to cover delivery costs.
- Substitutions: No fee.
No notice before the start of class:
- The registration fee is retained in full.
Can independent consultants attend a public course?
Public courses are open to independent consultants if they plan to attend for their own personal benefit, sign an agreement, and receive approval from the course manager.
Are continuing education (CE) hours available?
We do offer continuing education (CE) credits. It is the learner’s responsibility to apply for and verify with their specific regulatory boards that the CE credit received from Crucial Learning courses will be accepted.
