Please copy and paste a signature into your email signature manager.
Make sure your final signature matches the example.

Here’s the Step by Step
Step by Step for PC
1. Close your desktop email client. Do not use your desktop app, the different versions cause too many variables.
2. Login to the Okta dashboard at https://cruciallearning.okta.com/app/UserHome
3. Click on the Microsoft Outlook box to open outlook in your browser
4. In the top right corner click the gear icon
5. In the left navigation of the settings pop up, click the first item: Account, and then click Signatures in the sub nav
6. Click “+ New Signature”
7. Go back to the signature webpage in your browser and copy the email signature you would like to use. (Highlight the entire signature, then right-click and select “Copy.”)
8. Paste the email signature (Ctrl + V) into the new signature pop-up window and update the following:
9. Update your first and last name. – With your name highlighted, confirm the font is Georgia, Bold, Black, and 11 pt.
10. Update your title. – With your title highlighted, confirm the font is Georgia, Regular, Black, and 10 pt.
11. Update your phone number’s display text and hyperlink. Use periods instead of dashes. – With your phone number highlighted, confirm the font is Georgia, Regular, Black, and 10 pt.
12. Update your email address. (This is the trickiest part—watch the video for tips and tricks.)
– Highlight the entire existing email address before typing your new one.
– Place your cursor before “first” and carefully highlight only the email address.
– Ensure the @CrucialLearning.com portion retains the correct capitalization.
– With your cursor placed immediately after your email address, press Tab to activate the hyperlink (it should turn blue).
– Highlight your email again and confirm the font is Georgia, Regular, Black, and 10 pt.
13. Update your location.
14. Update your state abbreviation and time zone. With your location highlighted, confirm the font is Georgia, Italic, and 8 pt.
15. Perform a quality check of your signature.
16. Confirm that your email signature matches the example.
17. Save your signature and set which signautre is used by default.
Your signature is now ready to use!
Step by Step for Mac
In your Outlook desktop app:
1. Click “New Mail.”
2. In the top right of the new email window, select “Signature.”
3. In the drop-down menu, select “Manage Signatures.”
4. In the Edit Signature pane, click the “+” icon in the bottom left-hand corner.
5. Go back to the signature webpage in your browser and copy the email signature you would like to use. (Highlight the entire signature, then right-click and select “Copy.”)
6. Paste the email signature (Command + V) into the new pop-up window and update the following:
