NASBA Continuing Education Information

To be awarded the full credit hours by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA), participants must attend the full course, signing in and out each day. There are no credits for partial day participation.

Crucial Learning is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.

Cancellation Policy

If you are not able to attend your training event you must notify the Crucial Learning event manager FIVE (5) WORKING DAYS PRIOR to the first day of the course. Cancellations must be received in writing or through the link provided in your confirmation email.

All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable $150 administrative fee. This fee can be waived by sending a substitute with written notice to the Crucial Learning Event Manager. WITHIN FIVE (5) WORKING DAYS prior to the course, cancellations are subject to a non-refundable $250 administrative fee. Please allow up to one week to process any refunds. If you do not cancel and do not attend, your registration fee will be forfeited to Crucial Learning.
