AACN Continuing Education Information
To be awarded the full credit hours by the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN), participants must attend the full course, signing in and out each day. There are no credits for partial day participation.
Credits
Participants will earn 12.5 CE credits for either the Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue or Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue Healthcare courses.

Communication, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, team-building, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

The nursing continuing professional development activity was approved by the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
Cancellation Policy
If you are not able to attend your training event you must notify the Crucial Learning event manager FIVE (5) WORKING DAYS PRIOR to the first day of the course. Cancellations must be received in writing or through the link provided in your confirmation email.
All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable $150 administrative fee. This fee can be waived by sending a substitute with written notice to the Crucial Learning Event Manager. WITHIN FIVE (5) WORKING DAYS prior to the course, cancellations are subject to a non-refundable $250 administrative fee. Please allow up to one week to process any refunds. If you do not cancel and do not attend, your registration fee will be forfeited to Crucial Learning.
