Crucial Learning Unveils New Crucial Teams Course

Crucial Learning today announced the release of its newest course, Crucial Teams – a learning solution designed to help teammates develop greater self-awareness and an increased understanding of their colleagues, leading to more effective collaboration and teamwork.

Using insights from the Strength Deployment Inventory® (SDI®) and skills for improving interactions, Crucial Teams helps team members build healthy relationships by understanding their own and others’ motives, strengths, and conflict triggers.
