Crucial Learning Accessibility Statement

Crucial Learning is committed to ensuring that our content, courses, and technologies are accessible to all individuals. We believe everyone should be able to access and benefit from the skills we teach, and we work to provide learning experiences that support a wide range of needs.

This past year we have worked toward conformance to World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards in accordance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). In 2026, Crucial Learning is now targeting WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards to even better meet individual needs in the following ways:

  • We continue to improve our digital platforms (cruciallearning.com, platform.cruciallearning.com, and app.corestrengths.com) and are tracking over 90% WCAG 2.2 Level AA compliance.
  • We expect all downloadable learner guides to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards by summer 2026 (some are already 100% WCAG 2.2 compliant now).
  • By summer 2026, we will also provide Voluntary Product Accessibility Templates (VPATs) and supporting documentation upon request.

Accessibility at Crucial Learning is an ongoing effort, and as standards evolve, we will continue to enhance our platforms and content. While we strive for full compliance, some areas may not yet fully conform to accessibility standards, and occasional issues may arise as updates are made. We welcome feedback from our clients, which helps us improve.
