EXCURSION OPTIONS

Set sail into one of the world’s most active winter whale playgrounds on a whale-watching tour from Maui’s Ka’anapali Beach. Head offshore directly from the beach and look for pods of humpback whales making their winter home in Maui’s warm waters. Enjoy unlimited drinks from an open bar as you cruise alongside spectacular marine mammals.

Fly over dragon fruit fields on a fast and exhilarating zip line. As a bonus, all Maui zip line tours come with a free dragon fruit farm tour! One of the most unique Maui excursions, the farm tour is a fun way to learn all about dragon fruit and other exotic fruits and explore the beautiful grounds.

Get ready to dive into an unforgettable adventure on Maui with our Haleakala Express Self-Guided Bike Tour. This thrilling express package takes you on a heart-pounding bike ride down the legendary “Fabulous 29” switchbacks, followed by a scenic exploration of Maui’s upcountry.

What should I bring?
Don’t forget your swimsuit
- Casual – Bermudas (long shorts or Capri pants), sneakers/tennis shoes and sandals. Ladies must wear a bathing suit wrap or cover-up. No sleeveless shirts for men.
- Casual Elegance – Sneakers/tennis shoes or sandals and dress shirts with short sleeves or collared shirts. Long pants required for men. No sleeveless shirts or flip-flops.
- Formal – Sneakers/tennis shoes or dress sandals, dress shirts with short sleeves or collared shirts. No sleeveless shirts or flip-flops. Long pants required for men.
How will my flight be booked?
You will submit your registration, which includes requesting your travel details. You’ll receive a flight option from Amanda Horton. Once you have approved the flight option, Amanda will book your flight and forward you the confirmation.
Where can I find my travel itinerary?
A full travel itinerary will be sent to you and your guest 2 weeks before travel.
How will expenses be handled?
Expenses from this trip SHOULD NOT be sent to Crucial Learning for reimbursement. Your flight and hotel will be paid for using company funds.
As part of the pay period before the trip, each employee will receive additional funds in their paycheck. This trip is taxed, and you will see it on a forthcoming pay statement as a bonus.
This money should be used for the following:
- Booking additional tours & excursions
- Booking spa treatments at the resort
- Airport parking and other travel costs to and from your home airport
- Meals/purchases while traveling to and from Hawaii
- Tips to tour guides
- Other individual purchases associated with the trip
How do I book an excursion?
You are welcome to book your own excursions and select your own providers. We have several ideas and recommendations, but you do not have to select from that list.
What is included in my resort stay?

- $50 towards a package with Blinnk Photography *not applicable on single images, one discount per session (one time only).

Do I need to tip housekeeping?
No. A daily $3 housekeeping gratuity has automatically been applied to each room fee. You do not need to leave a tip unless you’d like to out of your own pocket.
