TRAVEL
All employees are expected to read and follow the Crucial Learning Travel & Expense Policy.
The event will be held at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center, 255 S W Temple St, Salt Lake City, UT 84101. All event attendees are invited to book a hotel room within our event block no later than December 21, 2024.
Book your flight in Concur to arrive any time on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 and depart any time on Friday, January 24, 2025. After you have booked your flight, submit your flight details before October 29, 2024.
Use the event code, “Sales Kickoff Jan 2025” for any Concur expense reports. Submit one expense report for flight reimbursement and one for travel expenses due February 6, 2025.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND?
All full-time Crucial Learning employees within the Sales department are eligible and expected to attend the Crucial Learning Sales Kickoff and should notify their manager if they will not be attending for any reason.
WHAT IF I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND?
Please notify your manager and email amanda.horton@cruciallearning.com as soon as you know you will no longer be attending. You will be responsible for canceling your own flight and hotel if applicable.
How should I dress during the Sales Kickoff?
During the event, business casual attire is appropriate. We recommend semi-formal attire for the awards banquet. Jacket/button-up shirt recommended for men, tie not required. Dresses/skirts or dressy slacks recommended for women.
Plan to bring a sweater or coat for the cool session rooms and plan on Winter weather conditions outdoors.
What should I bring?
Bring your laptop with a laptop charger to take notes and follow along with the training sessions.
