Crucial Learning Live

We’ve missed spending time with you! So, we’re heading your way.
Join us to gather with fellow trainers and facilitators for a day of lunch, hands-on learning, and connection.

Explore the SDI

In this lunch-and-learn you’ll explore the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) and how it builds relationship intelligence to make interactions more effective. Using insights from your SDI assessment, you’ll see how understanding motives and strengths builds trust, commitment, and results—and how the SDI enhances the impact of every Crucial Learning course.

Discuss Best Practices

Enjoy an interactive discussion of best practices discussion centered on your questions and topics of interest. Create more engaging and effective experiences for your learners with the ideas and expertise shared among peers. Come prepared with questions and ideas to share!

FAQs

How do I convince my manager to pay for this?

This event boasts a value of over $300 for just $50 USD! You’ll get a four-course meal, world-class professional development, networking, and a complimentary SDI assessment (which has a retail value of $140). The value this event provides makes the price tag well worth it.

What is the dress code?

We recommend business casual attire. Please avoid offensive graphics or language, exposed undergarments, cut-off shorts, tank tops, and baseball caps per the Ruth’s Chris dress code.

What if I can’t come? Can I get a refund?

We know schedules change. We will refund your registration fee at 100% up until we provide a headcount to the restaurant (usually one week in advance). Cancellations after that point will be non-refundable, but we are happy to transfer your registration to a colleague.

Where can I park? Are you paying for our parking?

We will not pay for parking. However, we’re happy to provide information on parking for each event:

  • Phoenix: Ruth’s Chris Steak House has plentiful complimentary self-parking available. The restaurant is located in the Seville Shopping Center.
  • Atlanta: Maggiano’s Buckhead has plentiful complimentary self-parking available in the garage beneath the restaurant.
  • Detroit: Maggiano’s Troy has complimentary self-parking available.
  • Columbus: Ruth’s Chris Steak House is located across High Street from the Greater Columbus Convention Center—and the convention center website outlines several parking options along with a link to purchase advanced parking. Parking in these garages costs $12 for up to eight hours, according to the site; the garage closest to the restaurant is the Vine Street Garage (37 Vine Street).
  • Raleigh: Maggiano’s Durham has plentiful complimentary self-parking available. The restaurant is located in The Streets at Southpoint.

What do I need to bring with me?

Please bring a laptop or tablet with you, as we’ll use the SDI Platform extensively throughout the event. Each attendee will receive a notebook and pen for taking notes.

Can I bring someone who isn’t certified?

Yes! While this event is designed for Crucial Learning certified trainers and facilitators, the information on the SDI is relevant for anyone.
