Our agenda includes professional development sessions, designated team time, fun activities, and networking opportunities. TRAVEL

Attendees will receive additional instructions when it is time to book their flights and hotel. Please do not book your travel until instructed to do so. Additional travel and expense policies will be shared on this website.

Flights

Attendees will book their own flights in Concur based on recommended arrival and departure times. Some teams may need to arrive early for pre-event meetings.

Hotel

All Crucial Learning employees are invited to stay at The Little America Hotel during Crucial Connections regardless of where you are located. You will book your own room using a special link.

Ground Transportation

If driving yourself, parking and certain mileage may qualify for reimbursement. If flying in, we recommend using a ride share service like Uber or Lyft to and from the airport.

Meals

Meals, beverages, and snacks will be provided during offical event hours. When traveling, you will need to follow the expense policies established for this event.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND?

All full-time Crucial Learning employees are eligible and expected to attend Crucial Connections and should notify their manager if they will not be attending for any reason.

WHAT IF I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND?

Please notify your manager and email amanda.horton@cruciallearning.com as soon as you know you will no longer be attending. You will be responsible for canceling your own flight and hotel if applicable.
