Gil is an author, keynote speaker, and Core Strengths master facilitator. After completing his doctorate in executive leadership, he founded Relationship Impact, a leadership development firm focused on executive team development. He has coached organizations of all sizes and industries and serves as the President of Nativity Prep Academy of San Diego, San Diego’s only all-scholarship school focused on serving students from low-income households.
