Set sail into one of the world’s most active winter whale playgrounds from Ka’anapali Beach. Head offshore directly from the beach and look for pods of humpback whales making their winter home in Maui’s warm waters. Enjoy unlimited drinks from an open bar as you cruise.

Can I extend my trip for personal travel?
You are welcome to extend your trip for personal travel!
You will just need to coordinate with Amanda to book your preferred flight. You will be responsible for the additional hotel costs and any difference in flight cost. You will also be responsible for getting yourself to the venue if you’re arriving early, or getting yourself to the airport if you are departing later.
How will expenses be handled?
Expenses from this trip SHOULD NOT be sent to Crucial Learning for reimbursement. Your flight, hotel, and group excursions will be paid for using company funds.
You will be provided a Visa pre-paid credit card with funds loaded on it to use for yourself and your guest while traveling.
This money should be used for the following:
- Booking additional tours & excursions
- Booking spa treatments at the resort
- Airport parking and other travel costs to and from your home airport
- Meals/purchases while traveling to and from Hawaii
- Tips to tour guides
- Other individual purchases associated with the trip
How will my flight be booked?
You will submit your registration, which includes requesting your travel details. You’ll receive a flight option from Amanda Horton. Once you have approved the flight option, Amanda will book your flight and forward you the confirmation.
Your flight will be booked in the main cabin with a paid seat. If you’d like to upgrade your flights at your own expense, you will have the opportunity after your flight is booked. You’d need to provide your own form of payment which would not be eligible for reimbursement.
How will excursions be booked?
Any excursions included in the main agenda will be booked on your behalf and paid for using company funds. You’ll be prompted to select your small group excursions several weeks before the trip. During free-time, you are welcome to book your own excursions using your pre-paid Visa card.
How will my hotel room be booked and what is included?
Your shared hotel room will be booked on your behalf with a default check-in on Sunday, April 13, 2025 and a default check-out on Friday, April 18, 2025. You are welcome to extend your stay at your own expense. Our nightly rate is available three days prior and after the event dates. A Kukahi tower run of ocean room in our room block costs $509.00 per night, not including taxes or resort fees. You will be responsible for updating your own hotel reservation and providing personal payment for any added nights.
