We know schedules change. We will refund your registration fee at 100% up until we close registration eight days before the event, at which point we provide a headcount to the restaurant. Cancellations after that point will not be refundable, but we are happy to transfer your registration to a colleague.

We will not pay for parking. However, we’re happy to provide information on parking for each event:

• Houston: Maggiano’s Post Oak Blvd. has plentiful complimentary self-parking available. The restaurant is located at The Galleria.
• Boston: The closest parking to Maggiano’s Park Square is the Motor Mart Garage, which costs $30 and is located above the restaurant; the best entrance to use is located on Stuart Street. Yes! While this event is designed for Crucial Learning certified trainers and facilitators, the emphasis on Crucial Teams applies to colleagues who are not (yet) certified. We recommend bringing colleagues in learning and development so the best practices discussion will be relevant to them regardless of certification.

This is an exclusive event for Crucial Learning certified trainers and facilitators, and we have seating for up to 50 attendees (including Crucial Learning staff). Seats are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to reserve your spot early.

No, this is not the full course, but rather an opportunity to preview the course experience and evaluate it for your team or organization. The Strength Deployment Inventory, upon which Crucial Teams is built, is provided as part of registration.
